font-weight: 500; letter-spacing: 1px;\">sur<\/span> 5<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_6 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module et_pb_text_align_center preset--module--divi-text--default\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>La proportion de femmes m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es qui envisagent de quitter ou quittent leur emploi en raison de leurs sympt\u00f4mes.<sup>4<\/sup><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_section_1 et_pb_section et_section_regular et_block_section\"><div class=\"et_pb_row_2 et_pb_row et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_5 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_7 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module preset--module--divi-text--default\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>La transition m\u00e9nopausique affecte les femmes pendant une dur\u00e9e moyenne de 4 \u00e0 8 ans, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre le milieu et la fin de la quarantaine et le d\u00e9but de la cinquantaine.<sup>5<\/sup> Cette p\u00e9riode de transition s'accompagne d'une myriade de changements physiques, mentaux et \u00e9motionnels.<\/p>\n<p>Ces changements peuvent affecter l'efficacit\u00e9 personnelle des femmes, la productivit\u00e9 sur le lieu de travail, les taux d'absent\u00e9isme et la r\u00e9tention.
