Des difficult\u00e9s de m\u00e9moire et de prise de d\u00e9cision peuvent impacter la productivit\u00e9 et l'efficacit\u00e9 (CAMH).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Isolement social :<\/strong> La tendance \u00e0 s'isoler des coll\u00e8gues peut perturber le travail d'\u00e9quipe et la collaboration (Commission de la sant\u00e9 mentale du Canada).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sympt\u00f4mes physiques :<\/strong> Les probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale peuvent souvent se manifester sous forme de sympt\u00f4mes physiques, tels que la fatigue ou les maux de t\u00eate, compliquant les routines de travail
