Workshop - Menopause Transition

The menopause transition, a reframe for continued professional growth

This workshop is designed for women leaders who are experiencing signs of perimenopause and want to better understand and navigate this transition in the context of their professional lives.
In this session, we explore:

  • the biological and hormonal changes that occur during perimenopause.
  • the potential impact of perimenopause on women in the workplace.
  • practical ways to navigate this phase and develop concrete strategies to continue progressing professionally.

Participants will:

  • reflect individually on their current situation.
  • learn as a group through key concepts and facilitated teaching moments.
