The menopause transition, a reframe for continued professional growth
This workshop is designed for women leaders who are experiencing signs of perimenopause and want to better understand and navigate this transition in the context of their professional lives.
In this session, we explore:
- the biological and hormonal changes that occur during perimenopause.
- the potential impact of perimenopause on women in the workplace.
- practical ways to navigate this phase and develop concrete strategies to continue progressing professionally.
Participants will:
- reflect individually on their current situation.
- learn as a group through key concepts and facilitated teaching moments.
- engage in peer conversations to gain diverse perspectives.
By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with greater self-awareness and agency, strengthened relationships with colleagues, and enhanced capacity to support themselves and other women at work.
This workshop runs for 3 hours in person, in a transformative atmosphere inspired by a “mini-retreat” format. A condensed 1.5-hour version is also available, either in person or online.
