We are on a mission to change the narrative about women’s ambition and ability to thrive in leadership positions in a healthier way.
Gloria was founded by Laure Goubau, a passionate leadership and talent development expert with 10+ years of experience in the professional services industry. Laure’s career began as a lawyer and evolved into a prominent role as a talent leader. She faced overwhelming challenges when she returned to her role in a national law firm after a one-year leave for breast cancer treatments. Working with an executive coach was a transformative experience, helping her deepen her self-awareness and develop authentic and effective leadership skills that took into consideration her new reality, strengths, blind spots, and values.
Recognizing the prevalence of women’s health challenges and their impact on women’s engagement and retention, Laure cares deeply about female financial independence and the need for women in senior leadership positions. Over the years, Laure expanded her skill set and experiences to be able to provide coaching to women leaders across industries.
