We reserve the right to modify or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make a change to this Privacy Policy, we will post such changes on our website. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
We mainly collect personal information directly from you, such as when you communicate with us via email, phone, or social media websites; provide a request for proposals or other information as part of an exploratory process; execute contracts; complete banking transactions; etc. The type of information collected may include your name, home address, telephone number, personal e-mail address, billing, account information and any other information that you provide us. We may also receive information about you from our business partners who refer you to our services..
Our Services are not intended for children, and we do not wish to collect any personal information of any person under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected information about a person under the age of 16 we will delete it.
We may collect information linked to your browsing activities, such as your IP address, your device identifier, the type of browser, the pages viewed on our website, the ads you clicked on and other similar information that we collect through cookies, web beacons and other automated methods when you access our website. PERSONAL INFORMATION USE
We collect personal information for the following purposes:

- ● To meet training and continuing education pursuing and/or maintaining International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentials, in which case the names and contact information of Gloria coaching clients will be available to the ICF for verification by the ICF;

STORING AND SHARING INFORMATION
We will not sell, rent or disclose to outside parties your personal information without your consent, save and except that we may share the collected personal information with third parties as follows:
- ● Third-party Service Providers: We use various third-party service providers to facilitate the rendering of our Services and to store collected information. These include the Google Suite of business tools (e.g., Gmail, Google Drive, etc.); Microsoft (e.g., OneDrive, Office); Quickbooks (e.g., invoicing), Owl (e.g. booking, invoicing, intake, surveys). All third-party service providers that we use are contractually required to have the same level of privacy protection as we have, and therefore we expect that your information will be handled with the same level of care that we employ.
- ● Statistical Analysis: We may share non-personal information and aggregated anonymized information with third parties, including but not limited to statistical or marketing purposes. No personal information will be shared in this manner.
SECURITY
We have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Please note, however, that no data security measures can be guaranteed to
be completely effective. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any personal information or other information. You transmit personal information to us at your own risk.

TRANSFER OUTSIDE OF QUEBEC
