About Us

Gloria is North America’s first leadership coaching service for women experiencing health challenges during their careers.

At Gloria, we offer more than leadership coaching. Our coaching complements medical support to ensure not only physical wellness, but also proactive leadership development and continuity. We’re an essential part of a holistic approach to support women in addition to other forms of care. Our International Coaching Federation (ICF)-member female coaches have had prominent leadership positions in a variety of industries and have navigated their own women’s health challenges. As a Gloria coach, they’ve been carefully selected and received training on ways to support female leaders. Not everyone who applies is allowed into the network.
